The Cornell Student Behavioral Compact (PDF) outlines a clear set of expectations for student behavior to minimize transmission of COVID-19 during the 2020-21 academic year. All students – undergraduate, graduate and professional – are required to complete the COVID-19 educational training and to attest to the Behavioral Compact.

Reporting COVID-19 Concerns

Cornell takes seriously reports of conduct that violates the Behavioral Compact or requirements of the Tompkins County Health Department. The form linked below is accessible to both members of the Cornell and greater Ithaca area communities and is intended to provide a mechanism for reporting behaviors involving students, employees or Cornell-affiliated organizations that do not promote a healthy and safe community (e.g., failing to wear masks when required, hosting parties or other large gatherings).
